Exchange promise
After taking delivery of your approved used car, if during the first 30 days a fault occurs with your purchase, then you may exchange your vehicle for another. Obviously it must be in the same condition as when first purchased and exchanged for a similar priced vehicle. Terms and conditions apply, but your Volkswagen retailer will be pleased to supply further details.
